Hi, I'm Galvin. I have nearly 8 years of experience in the coaching industry across different fields. I began my career as a swimming coach, training the high school teams to compete. After moving to Melbourne 4 years ago, I chose to become a fitness trainer because I find it exciting and rewarding to see people make progress. My experience has shaped me into a coach who is both strict and systematic, yet patient. I believe that fitness journey is often your own competition, and I’m good at creating a clear structure to make you win.

Speciality:  I specialize in traditional strength training, relieve common office-related pain, and improve your posture. I have the knowledge to help you build muscle and lose weight.

In 2020, I moved from Chile to Australia and rediscovered my love for sports. Driven by my passion for fitness and a desire to overcome challenges, I became personal trainer. I've always loved sports, but the gym used to intimidate me. So, I became a personal trainer to help others feel confident there. Seeing how exercise improved my mental health, I wanted to create a supportive place for everyone to feel strong. Dealing with my own mental health struggles, I found exercise to be a real lifeline. Every lift made me feel better, showing me the power within.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and further qualifications in Sports Nutrition, she transitioned from studying Exercise Science to specializing in Nutrition. For the past four years, Chantelle has dedicated her expertise to working with women, empowering them to achieve their fitness goals. Currently, she excels as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, catering to a diverse range of athletes with her tailored approach and comprehensive knowledge base.
