If you’ve heard random spurts of giggles and laughter at the gym, there’s a 95% chance it’s coming from me. I started doing handstands and cartwheels at a young age (even during my soccer games...), and spent my childhood making drawings and playing the piano. Fast forward to the present – I’m a Graphic Designer/Illustrator/Animator by day, and Personal Trainer by night.

My pronouns are she/her and I'm a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher here. My passions include making weight training and yoga more accessible and fun, reading, and eating all the great food Melbourne has to offer. I first became qualified as a personal trainer in 2016, but after working in a gym, I fell out of love with weight training due to the toxic environment I then focused more on yoga after finding it incredibly healing and supportive. Now I’ve fallen back in love with weights and more in love with my practice of yoga.
One thing that breaks my heart is people avoiding movements like weight training. I help people find movement that works for them because everyone deserves to feel good in their bodies.
