Holistic health coach specialising in women's strength and fitness. I am dedicated to helping you feel empowered and confident both in and out of the gym. I’m originally from the North of England (Manchester) . My mission is to guide and support you on your journey to increased strength and overall well-being through cyclical fitness (training in harmony with your monthly cycle).

Laura

Speciality: I believe exercise should be fun and I always bring an element of that to my PT and group sessions. I educate my clients on how to train in alignment with their menstrual cycle. When you train with me I can guarantee you will leave your session full of energy with a massive smile on your face!

With my experience as both a coach and performer, I create a supportive space where clients feel strong, mobile, confident, and connected to their bodies. Speciality:  Strength training, mobility, functional movement, longevity, and inclusive health coaching for women and non-binary individuals.

British born Kiwi with a dog from Wales, a wife from Australia and two little girls with three passports each. When I’m not wrangling little ones, you’ll find me swimming, biking, running, lifting weights, drinking coffee and cooking/eating all the foods. I’m a passionate and experienced PT who loves helping people live happier and healthier lives. And I’ve worked with the amazing team at Project Better since 2022.

Hi, I’m Adam Walsh, The Functional Strength Coach. I’m a driven and positive individual who thrives on helping people become the best version of themselves. For me, there’s no ceiling—I’m always looking to level up! I’m a martial arts enthusiast, primarily training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I train clients face-to-face in the gym, online, in small groups, and through my outdoor boxing bootcamps.

Specialty: I’m all about functional strength. I believe that strength training should make us stronger, happier, and healthier in our day-to-day lives. My specialties include strength training for martial arts and helping clients undo the negative effects of desk-bound careers.

Speciality: Helping people to achieve not just a better physic, also a strong mindset, confident and empowered person to the world.  I focus on strength and hypertrophy. I have experience with rehab like back injuries, elbow, ankles and hip, and have worked with menopause cases and pregnancy.

Hi, I'm Galvin. I have nearly 8 years of experience in the coaching industry across different fields. I began my career as a swimming coach, training the high school teams to compete. After moving to Melbourne 4 years ago, I chose to become a fitness trainer because I find it exciting and rewarding to see people make progress. My experience has shaped me into a coach who is both strict and systematic, yet patient. I believe that fitness journey is often your own competition, and I’m good at creating a clear structure to make you win.

Speciality: I specialize in traditional strength training, relieve common office-related pain, and improve your posture. I have the knowledge to help you build muscle and lose weight.
