My pronouns are she/her and I'm a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher here. My passions include making weight training and yoga more accessible and fun, reading, and eating all the great food Melbourne has to offer. I first became qualified as a personal trainer in 2016, but after working in a gym, I fell out of love with weight training due to the toxic environment I then focused more on yoga after finding it incredibly healing and supportive. Now I’ve fallen back in love with weights and more in love with my practice of yoga.

If you’ve heard random spurts of giggles and laughter at the gym, there’s a 95% chance it’s coming from me. I started doing handstands and cartwheels at a young age (even during my soccer games...), and spent my childhood making drawings and playing the piano. Fast forward to the present – I’m a Graphic Designer/Illustrator/Animator by day, and Personal Trainer by night.

Speciality: Calisthenics, resistance and functional training; performing a variety of bodyweight exercises, with the use of weights and resistance to challenge your limit and maximise strength growth.

I have been a PT for 2.5 years and I have loved every minute of it. I have been at Project Better for the last year. I am very passionate about physical activity and the benefits it can provide. I have played sports all my life ranging in different sports, but my main love is Rugby.

Speciality: I provide a positive environment and have hints of education. Sessions are always tailored to your goals and needs through exercise and education. My speciality is in injuries and medical conditions, strength and conditioning for sports, and the general population. I use a mix of clinical exercise, sport-specific exercises, and functional exercises, to provide a well-rounded exercise prescription.

I'm born and raised in Melbourne and have about 10 years' experience in weightlifting. The gym has been a special place to me because it offers a bit of respite from the hustle-and-bustle of the inner north. That's why I'm stoked to be a trainer at Project Better.

Adam is originally from Auckland, NZ where he had a sporty and artsy upbringing. After leaving highschool he studied dance and worked professionally, performing in NZ and overseas. During the pandemic he became interested in functional movement and running, and after lockdown began training at the gym.

Adam will give his clients the skills and knowledge needed to feel confident at the gym so they can achieve their goals. He does one-on-one and small group training, and believes in simplicity, consistency, accountability and FUN.

Hi I'm Jordy'! Born and bred in sunny Queensland, I spent 10+ years working in construction and as a musician before finding my way to Melbourne and my place in the fitness industry. I am currently studying my cert 4 in fitness and am training small group classes at east Brunswick village. My hobbies include trail running, playing drums, strength training and living as respectfully as possible to my body and mind.
